Nothing on this site creates a contract. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement that sets out scope, price, and terms; where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement governs.
Case studies and results
Case studies link to write-ups published by our group and describe outcomes for those specific engagements. They are evidence of past work, not a prediction, guarantee, or commitment about your project.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and imagery belong to BPS Tech Enterprises (PVT.) LTD. or the Snyder Tech group, except for third-party marks used with permission. Client names and logos remain the property of those clients and appear as identification of work, not as their endorsement of you.

We link to client sites, group sites, map providers, and code repositories. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction over disputes about this website. Engagement agreements carry their own governing law and dispute clauses, which take precedence for that work.
